Frontline Security
Where you need the operation as well as the plan, 504 delivers it, or coordinates and briefs the specialists who do.
Door supervision and venue security
Licensed door supervision for licensed premises, hospitality and the night-time economy. Entry management, age verification, capacity monitoring, conflict management and documented incident reporting.
Officers work to written assignment instructions built for your venue. Every operative is SIA licensed and vetted before they work your door.
Delivered by 504 and by vetted licensed officers working to our assignment instructions.
Event security and crowd safety
Ingress and egress planning, search and screening, accreditation control and continuous monitoring of crowd density.
We work alongside your stewarding team, venue management and the Safety Advisory Group where one is convened.
Vetted licensed personnel, deployed against a plan 504 has written or reviewed.
Close protection
Every task starts with a threat and risk assessment specific to the principal, followed by advance reconnaissance of routes and venues, identified contingencies and a written operational order the team works from.
Low-profile and protective surveillance options are available where a visible detail would be counterproductive. Team composition is set by the threat picture.
Specialist personnel tasked and coordinated by 504 under one operational order.
Secure transport and protective driving
Most protective security is static. The principal is at a venue or a residence and the measures sit around them. Movement is where control is weakest and where planning earns its keep.
504 provides protective driving as part of a close protection task or as a requirement in its own right: a director travelling to a difficult meeting, a visiting executive, a principal attending an event where arrival and departure are the pinch points.
Three things happen on every movement.
- Route planning. Primary and alternative routes planned and timed, with pinch points, choke points and safe stopping places identified in advance. Venue arrival and departure are assessed as part of the route.
- Vehicle checks. Pre-movement search and readiness checks carried out as routine. Mechanical state, fuel, communications and physical integrity confirmed before the vehicle carries anyone.
- Driving standard. Control, observation and planned progress, with convoy discipline where more than one vehicle is involved.
Every driver 504 deploys holds the RoSPA Advanced Driving Test at Gold grade and Secure Escort Driving certification through Highfield. That is the entry standard for the task. RoSPA Gold is the highest of three grades, examined by a serving or retired police officer, and revalidated every three years.
Delivered by 504 and by drivers held to the same certification standard.
Advanced behavioural detection
Trained officers identifying hostile reconnaissance and pre-incident indicators through covert and overt observation, working to established counter-terrorism methodology.
You get a documented observation log and a clear escalation route into your existing security operation, so what the officers see reaches whoever can act on it.
Specialist officers tasked and coordinated by 504, reporting into your existing operation.
Event medical
Medical provision coordinated alongside the security operation, scoped against the event's medical needs and delivered by appropriately registered providers, so one plan covers both.
Coordinated by 504, delivered by appropriately registered providers.
Who owns the requirement
Where an assignment needs close protection or behavioural detection officers, 504 tasks and coordinates specialist personnel from a network we know and have worked with.
What does not change is who owns the requirement. 504 assesses the risk, writes the assignment instructions, briefs the team against them and remains your single point of accountability. You are not handed a phone number and left to manage a supplier.
Where 504 also wrote the assessment, the brief and the operation come from the same place, which is why the officers on your door have read the plan.
