Accessibility statement
Our aim is a website that works for everyone. Last reviewed September 2026.
Our commitment
We want this website to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or reduced motion settings. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What we have done
- A skip link to the main content on every page.
- A keyboard-accessible menu on small screens, with a visible open and closed state and Escape to close.
- Visible focus indicators on all links, buttons and form controls.
- Form fields with associated labels, and no reliance on placeholder text alone.
- Text alternatives for images, and decorative images marked as such.
- The current page indicated in the navigation by more than colour alone.
- Live text throughout, with no essential information carried only in images.
- No animation, autoplay or time-limited content.
Known limitations
- The homepage hero image contains a decorative rendering of our strapline. The same text is provided as live text immediately beneath it.
- We have not yet completed formal testing with a full range of assistive technologies. We will update this statement as testing progresses.
